Who we are

Hynnova is an innovative start-up with the mission of enabling the transition of healthcare systems towards more advanced, resilient and sustainable models by applying data science. It derives from the call 'Data Against Covid-19' of EIT Digital, one of the communities of the European Institute for Innovation & Technology (independent body of the European Union). EIT Digital is among the Hynnova’s shareholders.

Hynnova develops innovative solutions and provides services to public and private companies to optimize the productivity of available resources and to apply more advanced assistance models based on the analysis of physiological data and vital signs.

Established in December 2020, Hynnova is facing great interest in the market, and immediately acquired important customers and generated revenues and profits. In 2021 it was awarded for the best solution in the field of Operations and Health Logistics as part of a prestigious challenge (Forum PA Sanità).

What we are looking for

We are looking for brilliant back-end and/or full-stack engineers/developers with experience in the design and development of Web Based applications and in the management of complex applications throughout the entire software engineering cycle: design, team development, build, deployment on application servers, corrective and evolutionary maintenance.

The search is open both to junior developers with a short but significant previous experience, software, and to professionals with a solid background in the sector who aspire to a position as a team leader.

The ideal candidate is an ambitious person, with entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to accept and overcome challenges, and with the aspiration to become part of the company's management team.

Requisiti

Requirements

• Good understanding of primary Software Engineering concepts, namely OOP paradigm, SOLID principles, Design patterns.
• Knowledge of and experience with relational databases (primary PostgreSQL) and SQL language.
• Knowledge of and experience with PHP language, experience with Python would be a plus.
• Good understanding of API concepts and API integration.
• Passion for elegant, well-tested and modular projects.
• Knowledge of and experience with main software development pipelines/processes, namely Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment.
• Knowledge of and experience with AWS platform.
• Problem solver: He/she excels at understanding and solving intricate problems. Astonishing attention to detail
• Curious: He/she enjoys learning about new ways of solving problems, and new technologies that can help with that. He/she enjoys software development (perhaps contributing to open source projects and similar).
• Efficient: He/she gets a lot done quickly, and can translate skills into new processes that the team will follow.
• Leadership: He/she will help to build an inclusive culture and shape our future. He/she see his/herself as core resource for the future of Hynnova, who is comfortable with mentoring young talent, and establishing engineering best-practices and processes.

Compensation
