About the role

We have an exciting opening for a Senior Backend Engineer who can see the big picture and balance software quality with a pragmatic approach to help us scale. If you're proactive, creative, and hands-on, and want to improve Sequra's product with ownership and collaboration with seasoned professionals, this is the place for you. You will contribute to technical and architectural decisions and may help create new teams.

Main requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Backend Engineer.
• Solid knowledge of OOP, clean coding, TDD, and agile methodologies. Functional programming and DDD are a plus.
