Competenze

• 5+ years of experience as a Backend Engineer.

About the role

We have an exciting opening for a Senior Backend Engineer capable of seeing the big picture and balancing software quality with a pragmatic approach to help us scale. If you're proactive, creative, hands-on, and eager to improve Sequra's product with ownership and collaboration with seasoned professionals, this is the place for you. You will work on various projects, contribute to technical and architectural decisions, and potentially help create new teams.

Job requirements

What you'll do

Main requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Backend Engineer.
• Experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining web applications, preferably with Ruby on Rails (experience with Javascript, Elixir, Kotlin, Java, or Python is valued).
• Strong knowledge of OOP, clean coding, TDD, and agile methodologies. Knowledge of functional programming and DDD is a plus.
• Proficiency in English.
