About the role

We have an exciting opening for a Senior Backend Engineer who can see the big picture and balance software quality with a pragmatic approach to help us scale. If you're proactive, creative, hands-on, and eager to improve Sequra's product with ownership and collaboration, this is the place for you. You will have opportunities to contribute to technical and architectural decisions and help us grow by creating new teams.

Job requirements

Main requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Backend Engineer.
• Experience in web application development, deployment, and maintenance, preferably with Ruby on Rails. Knowledge of Javascript, Elixir, Kotlin, Java, and Python is valued.
• Solid understanding of OOP, clean coding, TDD, and agile methodologies. Functional programming and DDD are a plus.
• English proficiency.
