The Role

Join our fintech company as a backend developer, contributing to core systems that power our platform. You will design, develop, and maintain high-performance, secure, and scalable backend solutions, ensuring quality, security, and compliance. Collaborate in an agile environment to evolve our platform for a growing user base and financial operations. We seek someone experienced in writing clean, efficient code, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

1. Write, test, and maintain code for high-performance and scalable systems.
2. Improve system performance for high concurrency.
3. Implement security measures to protect data and meet standards.
4. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
5. Collaborate with teams to define requirements.
6. Resolve technical issues promptly.
7. Integrate payment systems and external platforms.
8. Participate in all stages of agile development.
9. Suggest improvements to processes and methodologies.
10. Maintain technical documentation.

Must-have qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related with solid experience
• Proficiency in Java
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with AWS
• Experience with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Security
• Knowledge of RESTful API and microservices architecture
• Understanding of security principles
• Experience with high-performance, secure applications
• Agile experience, CI/CD, Git, automated testing
• Handling large volumes of transactions
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
