Amaris Consulting in Milan is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to drive requirements for CRC-related projects within an international setting.

You will write user stories, define epics, prepare configuration guidelines, and support development and testing to ensure delivery meets business needs. Fluent English and Italian are required, and experience in cross-cultural environments is a plus.

Competenze

• 5–7 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, preferably on international projects.
• Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and process improvement.
• Experience in Customer Relationship Center (CRC).
• Experience with configuration guidelines and supporting development/testing phases.
• Experience in business transformation or digitalization projects.
• Experience with technical teams and understanding of IT landscape.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• English and Italian fluent.

Your Missions:

• Deliver requirements documentation for CRC-related projects
• Write and refine user stories and epics for development teams
• Prepare configuration guidelines for system implementation
• Support development and testing phases, ensuring requirements are met
• Collaborate with business partners and IT teams to translate business needs into application requirements
• Identify gaps in existing functionalities and propose improvements
• Ensure security and compliance requirements are considered in solution design
• Provide training and documentation to end users and support teams

Your Profile:

• 5 -7 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in international projects
• Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and process improvement
• Experience inCustomer Relationship Center

• Experience in business transformation or digitalization projects
