The Job

Role Overview

Experienced German-speaking Outbound Callers to support a client in the industrial components distribution sector. This role focuses on lead engagement, not direct sales. All tools and training are provided.

  • Start Date: August 18, 2025
  • Contract Type: Freelance (100% remote)
  • Work Hours: 30 hours/week (Monday to Friday, between 9:0017:00 CEST)
  • Daily Engagement: Approx. 6 hours/day

Compensation:

  • Training: 13/hour
  • Active Calls: 14/hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound B2B calls to existing and prospective clients
  • Engage contacts to assess interest and generate qualified leads
  • Maintain accurate records and forecasting data in the CRM
  • Collaborate with international teams to meet performance goals

The Profile

Requirements

Language Skills:

  • Fluency in German in order to effectively liaise with the stakeholders of the region.
  • Good command of English (spoken and written)

Technical Requirements:

  • Stable broadband internet (LAN connection required)
  • Desktop or laptop (Windows 11+ or macOS 13+)
  • Minimum specs: 1.8GHz+ processor, 8GB RAM, 10GB free disk space
  • Wired USB headset
  • Monitor with 1920x1080 resolution preferred

Experience & Background:

  • Previous experience in B2B, outbound calling, lead generation, or call center roles
  • Education in sales, business, or a commercial field is a plus
