A leading food and beverage company in Veneto is seeking a Logistics Expert to manage B2B after sales operations. You will collaborate with Nespresso's Logistics Team and third-party providers to ensure top-tier service and maximize operational efficiency. The ideal candidate must possess a Master’s degree in Management Engineering and have at least one year of logistics experience. Bilingual in Italian and English is required.

• 1 year of professional experience in Logistics (preferably in E-Commerce).
• Experience in third-party logistics management.
• Strong analytical skills to optimize performance and processes.

Position Summary

In this role you will manage B2B after sales operations and related logistic network together with Nespresso Logistics Team and third-party logistics providers.The goal is providing outstanding after sales services to our B2B customers, meeting quality standards, maximizing process efficiency and minimizing costs.

A day in the life of a Logistics Expert

Ensure Safety & Compliance at warehouse level

Establish efficient inventory management process with our B2B Service Partners

Manage third-party logistics providers focusing on performances and promoting a continuous improvement approach, with the responsibility of leading efficiency projects and managing daily operations

Create effective relationships and efficient communication flows with internal stakeholders and external suppliers

Analyze KPIs to highlight issues, trends and improvement areas, in order to guarantee Nespresso Supply Chain targets achievement

Lead regular Operational Reviews with external suppliers to create and monitor projects and action plans

Support the team with analysis and reports, aggregating data from multiple sources and managing large amounts of qualitative and quantitative information to provide action-driven insights

Promote innovation, identifying market trends and opportunities and managing their implementation in our operations network

Proactively collaborate with all Nespresso Logistics Team in order to guarantee full alignment and efficiency among the entire Supply Chain

What will make you successful

1 year of professional experience in Logistics (preferably in E-Commerce business)

Master’s degree, specialization in Management Engineering (preferably Supply Chain)

Experience in third-party logistics management (80% gestione fornitori esterni)

Positive forward-looking approach, problem solving attitude

Data-driven and solution-orientation mindset

Accuracy, attention to details and excellent work organization

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and good experience with BI tools

Good communication and analytical skills

English and Italian fluent
