The role entails data analysis, reporting, and collaborating with customer service teams to enhance operational efficiency. Candidates should have a university degree, preferably in industrial engineering, with 3-5 years of relevant experience and proficiency in Italian and English. This is a temporary one-year contract with opportunities to contribute to key B2B projects and improve service levels.
