Un'azienda leader nel settore alimentare cerca un Junior B2B Logistics Specialist per gestire le operazioni post-vendita. In questo ruolo, collaborerai con il team Nespresso Logistics e gestirai relazioni con fornitori esterni, analizzando KPIs e promuovendo innovazione all'interno della rete logistica. Cerchiamo un candidato con una laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale e esperienza in logistica.

Competenze

• 6 mesi / 1 anno di esperienza in Logistica, preferibilmente in E-Commerce.
• Competenze in gestione della logistica di terze parti apprezzate.
• Orientamento alla soluzione e capacità di analisi e rapporti.

Mansioni

• Gestire le operazioni post-vendita B2B e la rete logistica.
• Stabilire processi efficaci di gestione dell'inventario.
• Analizzare KPI per garantire il raggiungimento degli obiettivi della Supply Chain.

• At least 6 months / 1 year of professional experience in Logistics or Supply Chain
• Master’s Degree, specialization in Management Engineering
• Fluent in Italian and English

Position Summary

In this role you will manage B2B after sales operations and related logistic network together with Nespresso Logistics Team and third-party logistics providers. The goal is providing outstanding after sales services to our B2B customers, meeting quality standards, maximizing process efficiency and minimizing costs.

A day in the life of Junior B2B Logistics Specialist

• Ensure Safety & Compliance at warehouse level
• Establish efficient inventory management process with our B2B Service Partners
• Manage third-party logistics providers focusing on performances and promoting a continuous improvement approach, with the responsibility of leading efficiency projects and managing daily operations
• Create effective relationships and efficient communication flows with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
• Analyze KPIs to highlight issues, trends and improvement areas, in order to guarantee Nespresso Supply Chain targets achievement
• Lead regular Operational Reviews with external suppliers to create and monitor projects and action plans
• Support the team with analysis and reports, aggregating data from multiple sources and managing large amounts of qualitative and quantitative information to provide action-driven insights
• Promote innovation, identifying market trends and opportunities and managing their implementation in our operations network
• Proactively collaborate with all Nespresso Logistics Team in order to guarantee full alignment and efficiency among the entire Supply Chain

What will make you successful

• 6 months / 1 year of professional experience in Logistics (preferably in E-Commerce business)
• Master’s degree, specialization in Management Engineering (preferably Supply Chain)
• Experience in third-party logistics management is appreciated
• Positive forward-looking approach, problem solving attitude
• Data-driven and solution-orientation mindset
• Accuracy, attention to details and excellent work organization
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and good experience with BI tools
• Good communication and analytical skills
