Job summary

Thélios, the eyewear arm of LVMH, is seeking an IT Digital Commerce Specialist to join the IT Omnichannel team in Longarone, Veneto. You will own the B2B e-commerce platform (SAP Commerce Cloud / Hybris) and oversee PIM and DAM, translating business needs into functional specs for front-end and back-end evolution.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Engineering or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce or web platforms
• Hands‑on experience with B2B e‑commerce platforms, preferably SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris)
• Familiarity with REST APIs and basic knowledge of SQL
• Analytical mindset, problem‑solving attitude and good communication skills
• Good knowledge of English

Responsibilities

• Own and operate the B2B e-commerce platform (SAP Commerce Cloud / Hybris) and drive evolution
• Gather and translate requirements into functional/technical specs for front-end and back-end evolutions
• Manage the PIM and DAM platforms ensuring data and assets consistency across channels
• Support integrations between e-commerce platforms and SAP ERP, PIM, DAM, CRM
• Coordinate external vendors and system integrators in development, testing, release and troubleshooting
• Manage incidents and change requests, monitor SLAs and user experience
• Contribute to B2C initiatives and AI-based solutions adoption
• Develop functional and technical documentation and train internal users
