About the position:

We invite you to join our sales team as a full-time B2B Audio Video Sales Manager. In this role, you will represent the Bang & Olufsen brand, renowned for its timeless design, superior sound and unique craftmanship. Your role will involve selling innovative and high end audio and video solutions to hospitality and other corporate customers, partners, and custom installers.

Key functions:

  • Development of relationships with key partners in the furniture, hospitality, architects, contractors world
  • Expansion of the customer base: search and analysis of customer information, cold calls, negotiations with customers in person, product presentation
  • Identification and developpement of opportunities, formation of commercial offers and preparation of price lists
  • Maintaining contacts, meeting and developing client potential
  • Regular planning and preparation of reports for management
  • Monitoring of the market – channels, customers, technology, products, competitors

Qualifications and skills:

  • 5+ years of work experience as Account Manager and or Sales Manager in selling Audio video solutions to hospitality and corporate customer
  • Significant expertise and network of contact in the customs installations channel and home automation
  • Excellent usage of Office 365, CRM and project management systems
  • Proficiency in Italian, good level of English
