TecAlliance interconnects global automotive aftermarket data & knowledge from order to invoice. Over 900 colleagues work together across 140 countries. Owned by 34 automotive companies such as Bosch, Continental, Rheinmetall, and ZF, we serve as an information hub and process facilitator, helping clients save costs and time through efficient software-enabled processes.

Our business unit, "Order Manager," manages the client order-to-invoice process, acting as a central information hub for the automotive aftermarket. You will join a team of over 100 colleagues, reporting directly to Alexander Bresslau, VP of Order Manager. Your role involves selling our services from a commercial perspective and understanding the supply chain process.

This position emphasizes our sales efforts in the Italian market. You will be responsible for the entire sales management of our solutions in Italy, aiming to grow our business and support local customers.

During your onboarding, you will meet your colleagues, as our BU Order Manager operates fully agile. The team collaborates to achieve objectives and key results (OKRs).

This full-time role is available immediately and offers unlimited employment.

  • You will contribute to strategic sales decisions and proactively develop business in Italy with current and potential customers.
  • You own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, via online meetings, on-site visits, trade fairs, and online channels.
  • You identify opportunities and pursue up-sell and cross-sell initiatives to convert potential into sales.
  • You manage the entire process, including preparing offers and negotiating contracts.
  • You collaborate with sales colleagues across departments to win, upsell, or cross-sell clients.
  • You leverage your market knowledge to enhance sales projects and processes.
  • You are responsible for meeting your sales targets and maintaining accurate records within our reporting system.

  • Experience in sales development within Italy.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
  • Profound B2B sales experience, preferably in the automotive or IT industry.
  • Willingness to travel within Italy and occasionally to Germany for team events or trade fairs.
