SDG Group is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our Data Technologies team. You will design and deploy cloud infrastructures, primarily in Azure, with exposure to AWS and GCP, and develop automation using Terraform, Bicep, ARM, Ansible and CI/CD pipelines.

You will optimize architectures for performance, cost and reliability, implement GitOps, and collaborate with international teams to deliver scalable data solutions.

Competenze

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications or equivalent training.
• +2 years of experience in data integration and processing projects, with focus on design, deployment and management of infrastructures in cloud environments (AWS, Azure and/or GCP) and development in Python.
• Experience in infrastructure as code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM) and CI/CD, applied to deployment and maintenance of pipelines and data platforms.
• Containerization and Orchestration: Docker for containerization and Kubernetes for orchestration.
• Communicate in English to work in global environments and collaborate with international teams.

Mansioni

• Design and deployment of cloud infrastructures, mainly in Azure but also AWS/GCP for SDG Group data teams, ensuring scalability, security and efficiency.
• Develop IaC scripts and templates using Terraform, Bicep, ARM, AWS CloudFormation, or Azure Resource Manager; use Ansible for provisioning and management.
• Review architectures to improve performance, cost, reliability and alignment with business needs.
• Implement GitOps to automate deployment and management of infrastructures.
• Write scripts to automate repetitive tasks and manage infrastructure.
• Configure CI/CD pipelines to deploy infrastructure changes efficiently with minimal disruption.
• Stay up-to-date with best practices and advances in cloud services.
