We are Tecnimont SpA, an EPC contractor of Maire Tecnimont Group, an industrial leader in Engineering & Construction, Technology & Licensing, and Energy Business Development and Ventures. Listed on the Milan Stock Exchange, the Group is among the global top-ranking engineering contractors.

AWP Construction Engineer collaborates and assists AWP Champion or AWP Group Leader to implement Construction AWP Methodology and deliverables and to support Project and Site team during all phases.

The position is meant to be assigned to international projects and abroad sites. It is essential that the candidate is available to spend construction project periods abroad.

The Construction AWP Group is looking for a person able to manage:

• Develop and apply AWP Methodology for assigned projects
• Assist and collaborate with the Construction AWP group in implementing new techniques for applying the AWP methodology

Within the AWP Group, two professional positions are available: AWP Construction Engineer and Workface Construction Engineer.

Main Responsibilities:

• Participate in defining the Project AWP plan, working with the AWP Champion and Group Leader
• Develop Path of Construction and Construction Schedule, following up on Action lists
• Prepare project documentation related to AWP, gathering information from relevant disciplines
• Set up tools managing AWP within the project and prepare information flow on EWP and PWP for site application
• Assist AWP Champion/Group Leader in monitoring AWP implementation within the Project Plan
• Support AWP practices and procedures for continuous methodology improvement

When at site, the AWP Engineer shall:

• Participate in implementing AWP Methodology under coordination of site management
• Ensure data flow (IWP from subcontractors) is reported to Project Control

Knowledge & Qualifications

• Good command of English; additional languages are a plus
• Knowledge of EPC multidisciplinary activities and Oil & Gas construction sequences, preferably from EPC projects
• Availability to relocate abroad temporarily when required

Experience

• Experience in EPC projects; international site experience is a plus
• 2-3+ years in similar roles is advantageous

Skills and Abilities

• Organizational, analytical, and synthesis skills
• Proficiency with IT tools and Office Suite
• Experience with 3D Modeling Software
• Strong communication and interaction skills with professionals from diverse backgrounds
