Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Avvocato Diritto Americano located in Rome. The role involves providing legal advice and representation on matters related to American law. Daily tasks include drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, representing clients in court, and providing guidance on various legal issues. The incumbent will work closely with clients, partners, and other team members to ensure cases are handled efficiently from beginning to end.

Qualifications

• Skills in drafting and reviewing legal documents and conducting legal research
• Effective representation and advocacy skills in court settings
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Italian
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple cases simultaneously
• Experience in representing clients in a variety of legal matters related to American law is appreciated
