FL Technics LLC is seeking a Safety, Quality, or Compliance professional to manage safety reporting, investigations and audits across our global MRO network. You will lead risk assessments, drive corrective actions, and promote safety awareness through targeted training and communication.

The role requires coordination with cross‑functional teams, travel approximately 20%, and familiarity with EASA Part‑145 or SMS.

Competenze

• Engineering degree and experience in Safety, Quality or Compliance.
• Knowledge of audits, investigations and risk management.
• Fluent Italian and good English.
• EASA Part-145 or SMS experience is a plus.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20%.
