Job summary

FL Technics is seeking a qualified NDT Inspector Level 2 to support aircraft maintenance operations by carrying out non-destructive testing inspections in accordance with approved procedures and aviation safety requirements.

You will apply penetrant, magnetic particle, eddy current and ultrasonic methods, assess results, document findings and maintain complete NDT records. A current Level 2 qualification, aviation experience and good English are required; flexibility to work shifts may apply.

Qualifications

• NDT Level 2 qualification in relevant methods (EN 4179 / NAS 410).
• Experience performing NDT inspections in aviation or aerospace.
• Knowledge of NDT techniques and acceptance criteria.
• Ability to interpret technical instructions and produce reports.
• Strong attention to detail and a safety-focused approach.
• Good communication skills and teamwork.
• Proficient in technical English.

Responsibilities

• Perform and interpret NDT inspections on aircraft, engines, components and structures.
• Apply approved NDT methods such as penetrant, magnetic particle, eddy current and ultrasonic testing.
• Assess and document inspection results, identify defects and determine acceptance.
• Prepare clear inspection reports and maintain NDT records and traceability.
• Ensure inspection equipment and materials are calibrated and properly maintained.
• Follow procedures and regulations while maintaining a safe work area.
• Coordinate with maintenance, engineering and quality teams to discuss findings.
