Candidates must have dealership-level experience and a deep knowledge of automotive industry trends. Responsibilities include monitoring industry trends and facilitating training sessions. Competenze

• 3-5 years of consulting experience as an SME in training development.
• 3-5 years of facilitation experience in the automotive industry.
• Experience at the dealership level (e.g., Dealer Principal) is required.

Ardent Learning is a leader in the Automotive Industry with 30 years of experience in creating and delivering training. We partner with manufacturers to provide sales, service, and technical training, as well as product launch and ride-and-drive events.

We are seeking Contract (1099) Automotive Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to consult on developing instructor-led training (ILT) and virtual instructor-led training (vILT) programs.

SMEs are thought leaders with deep knowledge in their subject area, able to articulate current and future industry landscapes. They will consult, research, and validate training courses for our clients.

We are particularly interested in candidates with expertise in automotive sales who have dealership-level experience. Responsibilities include:

• Monitoring automotive industry trends, best practices, and innovative approaches
• Collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver organized, effective learning assets
• Facilitating ILT and vILT sessions when needed

This is a contract (1099) role with rates around $100/hour, depending on requirements.

What You'll Bring

• Familiarity with dealership and OEM functions and personnel
• Understanding of customer satisfaction and product quality indicators
• Knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design
• Ability to simplify complex ideas for diverse audiences
• Up-to-date expertise in automotive industry trends
• 3-5 years of consulting experience as an SME in training development
• 3-5 years of facilitation experience in the automotive industry
• Experience at the OEM level is a plus
• Previous dealership operator experience (e.g., Dealer Principal, General Manager) is required
