Jobgether, partnering with an automotive-focused client, seeks a Solutions Architect for Italy. You will blend automotive expertise with Linux/embedded development to design and demo innovative software-defined vehicle solutions.

You will engage in presales, architecture design, and selected project delivery, collaborating with cloud, Kubernetes, security, safety, and embedded teams to address complex customer challenges.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in the automotive industry.
• Extensive Linux experience (Debian/Ubuntu preferred).
• Embedded Linux with Yocto and/or RTOS experience.
• Programming in Golang, Python, C, C++, or Rust.
• Understanding of low-level Linux boot processes, BIOS, firmware, and embedded software development.
• Fluent English and local language proficiency.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills.
• Ability to travel up to ~30% for customer engagements.
• ISO 26262 and/or ISO 21434 experience is a plus.
• Experience in customer-facing technical engagements is advantageous.

Mansioni

• Engage with automotive customers during presales to understand requirements and explain technologies.
• Act as a technical advisor and advocate for open-source platforms in automotive use cases.
• Collaborate with cloud, Kubernetes, security, safety, and embedded specialists to craft solutions.
• Participate in Embedded Linux projects, demos, and proofs-of-concept.
• Translate market requirements into actionable insights for engineering and product teams.
• Contribute to reusable technical solutions for automotive market opportunities.
• Support software-defined vehicles and cloud integration for embedded environments.
• Deliver clear technical concepts to technical and business audiences.
