Job Requirements

• Highly motivated individuals willing to work hard in a professional environment.
• We offer competitive pay, including coverage for additional automotive certification training for Certified and Master Certified Technicians.
• The Technician services and repairs vehicles according to established standards and may conduct pre-delivery inspections on new vehicles.
• Previous experience as a Service Technician is preferred, including dealer-level or large facility experience, ASE certifications, or equivalent training.
• Must have an unrestricted driver's license, a clean driving record, and strong technical skills.
• Physical stamina, positive attitude, professional appearance, excellent communication skills, and customer service orientation are essential.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose vehicle issues based on experience, analysis, and testing.
• Maintain high levels of training and certification.
• Ensure vehicle cleanliness and proper documentation.
• Adhere to safety, environmental, and shop policies.
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and perform routine duties such as inventory management.

Qualifications

• Entry Level Tech: relevant work experience acceptable.
• High school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record.
• Excellent communication skills, professional appearance, and work ethic.
