Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in automotive product development, with a focus on Interiors/Exteriors or Body & Closures.
• Strong knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and assembly technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams for design, development, and validation in Interior/Exterior/Body & Closures.
• Define project scope, timing, and deliverables aligned with program objectives.
• Monitor and control project progress to meet cost, quality, and timing targets.
• Act as the main interface between Design, Engineering, Manufacturing and suppliers.
• Manage implementation of risk assessment and mitigation plans for technical and timing issues.
• Lead technical reviews and decision-making throughout development phases.
