Your opportunity
Sidel is looking for an Automation Tester Engineer for filler machines, reporting to the Testing Manager in Parma. The main focus is testing machines to ensure conformity with Technical, Contractual, and Safety specifications.

Your Mission

1. Test machine performances at Sidel production plant based on Technical, Contractual, and Safety specifications.
2. Handle, check, transfer, or autonomously resolve equipment deficiencies. Ensure proper machine testing within available testing time and follow the machine testing routing.
3. Compile final testing reports and follow up on non-conformities.
4. Collaborate with other functions to resolve issues and propose improvements in machine functioning.

Your Profile

Education
Technical educational background with familiarity in automation fundamentals.

Skills

• Proficient in MS Office and Outlook.
• SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Knowledge of Lean methodology is a plus.

Language
English, both written and spoken.

Required Experiences and Skills

• PLC, Motion, Hardware, Network, Mechatronics, and Safety skills.
• Experience with B&R, Siemens, Rockwell systems.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Rigorous, dynamic, and organized.
• Proactive with strong problem-solving skills.
