Abbott Laboratories is seeking an Automation Tester in Milan, Italy to design, develop and execute automated tests for informatics products. You will work with cross-functional teams in an Agile Scrum environment and serve as SME for automation practices.

You will build out automation tools and test scripts, perform thorough analysis of results, and ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards. A Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in test automation are expected, with English fluency and

Competenze

• Minimum of bachelor-level education in engineering, computer science, MIS or closely related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of software development or test automation experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript and in SQL or similar RDBMS.
• Fluent English (reading/writing/speaking).

Mansioni

• Design, develop, and execute automated test plans for server, web and cloud informatics products.
• Develop and execute black/white box testing across containerized and networked components.
• Create and automate test cases for TDD and continuous testing; assess integration risks.
• Perform peer testing reviews and analyze test results for stakeholders.
• Provide testing documentation compliant with regulatory, security and privacy standards.
