Role

We are seeking experienced Test Automation professionals to join our QA and Test tooling development team in Florence. The successful candidate will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks to ensure product quality and reliability. This role requires close collaboration with firmware, software, and hardware teams.

Key responsibilities

1. Design and develop automated test frameworks for products such as amplifiers, desktop software, web applications, and mobile apps.
2. Implement and maintain automated test suites for regression, integration, and performance testing.
3. Collaborate with development teams to identify automation opportunities and ensure thorough test coverage.
4. Execute automated tests, analyze results, and report findings.
5. Identify performance issues and bugs early, working with teams to resolve them.
6. Document test cases, procedures, and outcomes for ongoing improvement.
7. Optimize existing automation processes to enhance testing efficiency.

Technical skills

• Proficiency with automation frameworks such as Selenium, TestComplete, TestNG, or Cypress.
• Ability to translate requirements into automated test cases.
• Experience in C# programming language.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Knowledge of network protocols and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, DHCP).
• Experience with network performance testing tools like Wireshark and iperf.
