Wehunt seeks an Automation Lead to drive the digitalization and standardization of automation systems across Pharma manufacturing. You will champion architectural standards, oversee Capex automation projects, and align with Global ICT for cybersecurity and IT/OT convergence.

The role requires 4-5 years in pharma automation, strong PLC/SCADA experience, and fluency in English, with a focus on GMP/GAMP compliance and EU Annex 11 validation.

Competenze

• 4-5 years of experience in a similar role in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Experience as Software Developer or Automation Engineer in pharma.
• Solid knowledge of CSV, GMP, and EU GMP Annex 11.

Mansioni

• Lead the automation evolution across Group affiliates within the GMD perimeter.
• Coordinate external suppliers and consultants for installation activities.
• Support SOP deployment and lifecycle management of computerized systems in pharma.
• Promote OT Cyber Security standards and Industry 4.0 implementations.
• Collaborate with Process Engineering, Quality and Validation teams on CSV.
