NewCold Ferentino is seeking proactive maintenance professionals to join our automated cold storage facility. You will ensure high‑level operation of electrical and mechanical systems, follow maintenance plans, and keep accurate task records to minimize downtime.

Collaborate with the engineering team to manage spare parts and support quick recovery from breakdowns, while upholding safety and QHSE policies. Growth opportunities exist within a fast-moving, tech‑driven environment.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure all electrical and mechanical systems are maintained and functioning to a high level to have maximum operational (example cooling system, conveyors, cranes etc)
• Respect maintenance plans according to priority indicated by maintenance coordinator
• Update records of maintenance tasks completed and ensure all routine works are checked
• Report eventual problem to manager
• Maintain good inventory of Engineering spare parts, tools and equipment according to weekly plans received
• Answer efficiently to breakdown conditions to minimize equipment downtime
• Liaise with maintenance supplier's workers to identify the impact of breakdown events
• Under breakdown conditions, advise suddenly management teams about options to solve
• Ability to manage height operations and rescue
• Always work in safety and notify any problem about it
• To follow all procedures according to legislation and the company QHSE policies and working instructions.
• Available always to give support useful to restore also structural site's maintenance (e.g. doors retrieval, panels, rump, hydraulics, green area etc.)
