Responsibilities

YOU will be involved in the following tasks:

1. Execute maintenance care Plans (at break and planned)
2. Implement software program improvement
3. Provide technical expertise in PLC specific field
4. Improve reliability of the unit by implementing repair recommendations
5. Provides oversight to the specific discipline
6. Support Maintenance Team in daily and planned activities related to automation

Qualifications

What YOU will bring to the team:

1. Know how and understanding of PLC, SCADA and ABB HMI (family Freelance AC 900F) programs
2. In particular, should have familiarity with CPU PM902F linked to remote profibus RIO stations
3. Know how and understanding of Siemens PLC family S7
4. Industry experience preferably in Plastic/Engineering Materials Compounding, Manufacturing in similar roles
5. Team player
6. Energy and the drive to improve maintenance activities
7. 3 - 5 years of experience in complex manufacturing companies as PLC technician
8. High School degree in Electronics or similar

2. Able to define and share a general overview of the situation
3. Able to analyze and report issues and possible solutions to his supervisor
4. Able to negotiate with the key positions in the MTTC organization
5. Able to relate with peers, subordinates and management at all levels
