A leading automation company in Parma is looking for a technician to join their Dry Field area team. The role involves installing and commissioning Sidel End Of Line equipment and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective testing and problem solving. Ideal candidates will have experience with end of line machines and technical degrees, as well as knowledge of PLCs and safety systems. The position requires strong communication skills to liaise with customers and internal teams.

Competenze

• Strong technical background in equipment installation and commissioning.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis on equipment issues.
• Competent in preparing job progress charts and technical reports.

Mansioni

• Perform installation and commissioning of equipment at customer sites.
• Test and evaluate equipment performance against specifications.
• Handle non-conformities effectively.
• Provide objective advice to customers to ensure satisfaction.

Conoscenze

Understanding of customer needs

Experience on end of line machines

Installation and commissioning

Safety equipment fundamentals

Experience with PLC

Motion control knowledge

Robot programming (Fanuc)

HMI programming (Siemens, ZenOn)

Formazione

Technical school or Electronic Engineer Degree
