Job Description:

We are looking for someone with experience as a PLC/SCADA Engineer within Industrial Automation to join our team. In this position, you will work on projects in logistics, food, manufacturing, chemistry, and pharma. Depending on your skills, you will work on unique projects. We automate industry and find energy in this work. We do this through teamwork and clear goals.

What do you do as a PLC/SCADA engineer?

You work on challenging projects within Industrial Automation, collaborating with your team. You convert customer requirements into functional technical designs, then design, build, and implement the software.

Based on the functional design, you configure IT software. After development, you test the software in physical test setups, at the customer's premises, and then commission it. Together with your team, you ensure customer satisfaction and help move the industry forward.

What experience are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Industrial Automation
• At least 5 years' experience in this role
• Affinity with industrial automation
• Knowledge of modern control systems and production environments
• Knowledge of Siemens (PCS7), SCADA systems, and industrial networks (Profibus/Profinet)
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Accurate, practical, flexible, and a team player
• Experience in building, developing, and improving PLC programs, Ifix / HMI / WinCC software
• Knowledge of ISA95 / ISA88 is a plus
• Knowledge and experience with .NET (C#, VB, ASP) / SQL is a plus
