Sibelco invites applications for its Global Graduate Programme in Poviglio, Italy. The two-year rotation includes one-year assignments in key operational and commercial roles, with a permanent contract from day one.

The graduate will gain exposure to strategic decisions while spending the first year in logistics and production control at the San Nazzaro Cluster. The programme offers international or regional experience by spending the second year in a different cluster, with duties spanning

Competenze

• Degree in Mechanical, Electronic, or Automation Engineering or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership, communication, and project management abilities.
• Knowledge of MES, SCADA, PLCs, and industrial sensors.
• Programming skills (Python, SQL, or industrial automation languages).
• Experience with ERP integration and data analysis.
• Fluent English (B2); Italian (B2) preferred.
• Valid driving licence.
• Willing to spend second year in a different cluster for international/regional experience.

Job Description

The Sibelco Global Graduate Programme is a two‑year rotational programme that includes two one‑year assignments in key operational and commercial roles. Participants receive a permanent contract from the start and work on real business projects, gaining exposure to strategic decision‑making. We are recruiting a Graduate Automation Engineer for a one‑year assignment focused on automating logistics and production control at the San Nazzaro Cluster, with the expectation to spend the second year in a different cluster to gain international or regional experience.

Your Impact in This Role
