In Kuehne+Nagel siamo alla ricerca di un/a Automation Control Expert per il nostro magazzino automatizzato situato a Dese (VE). Avrai il compito di garantire il corretto funzionamento dei sistemi automatizzati del magazzino, monitorando le attività attraverso il Warehouse Control System (come KiSoft e SCADA) e di identificare nuove soluzioni per prevenire problemi/bug ai sistemi automatizzati.

Your Role

La data di inizio è prevista nella primavera del 2025. Inizialmente, parteciperai alla fase di start-up, contribuendo attivamente a questa importante fase in vista del go-live, previsto per l’autunno del 2025.

Your Responsibilities

• Lavorerai a stretto contatto con le operations, il planning gli ingegneri tecnici e il team IT per ottimizzare e gestire il sistema automatizzato del magazzino
• Supporterai le operations nei test giornalieri del sistema
• Monitorerai le operazioni quotidiane della control room, identificherai miglioramenti e promuoverai il miglioramento continuo.
• Supervisionerai il monitoraggio del Warehouse Control System (come KiSoft e SCADA) e delle telecamere, fornendo supporto per problemi tecnici.
• Segnalerai anomalie tecniche agli esperti di manutenzione locali, rispettando scadenze e priorità.
• Condurrai revisioni regolari delle prestazioni, documenterai problemi e creerai piani d'azione prioritari.
• Svilupperai report sul sistema automatizzato del magazzino per analizzare le operazioni e identificare problemi potenziali.
• Svilupperai e fornirai formazione agli utenti chiave per supportare l'apprendimento del sistema automatizzato del magazzino.

Your Skills and Experiences

• 2-5 anni di esperienza in un'azienda con sistemi di automazione
• Comprovata esperienza nel completamento di progetti relativi alla messa in servizio di sistemi informativi, integrazione software, calibrazione o risoluzione dei problemi.
• Conoscenza dei sistemi automatizzati di magazzino e dei Warehouse Control System applicati in ambienti operativi.
• Esperienza in ambienti di lavoro orientati alle metriche e all'analisi dei dati, caratterizzati dal rispetto di SLA e scadenze rigorose, e capacità di prioritizzare problemi e compiti utilizzando sistemi di ticketing.
