Job summary

Sidel is recruiting an Automation 4.0 Project Manager to join the Parma, Mantova, or Verona teams, guiding the evolution of automation processes across SIDEL equipment. You will design architecture, lead PLC software development, and ensure project success from concept to field support.

The role requires a Master’s in Automation/IT/Electronic Engineering with 3–5 years of automation experience, and fluency in Italian and English. Travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Automation, IT, or Electronic Engineering.
• 3–5 years of automation engineering experience.
• Fluent in Italian and English; French a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technology fundamentals to secure Automation 4.0 adoption across projects.
• Design optimized Automation 4.0 architecture for SIDEL equipment.
• Develop and maintain A4.0 PLC software and support electronics software development.
