Overview

Authorized Service Provider Value Stream Leader role at GE Vernova. The Aero Alliance (50 / 50 GE Vernova & Baker Hughes Joint Venture) is responsible for defining and executing the global third-party channel partner strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Accountable for the third-party channel network strategy and financial performance
  • Own long-term network and licensing strategy for third-party channels, including authorized service providers (ASPs), component repair providers (CRPs), and parts distributors (PDs)
  • Drive contract negotiations, parts strategy, pricing strategy, digital technology enhancements, and service offering expansion in the segment
  • Work closely with Product Management, Asset Management, Repair Development and Productivity / Cost teams to define multi-generational plan, develop offerings, and implement growth strategy for third party segment
  • Responsible for Component Repair business development and sales to the Aeroderivative Authorized Service Providers (ASPs).
  • Responsible for external senior partnership relationships with Authorized Service Providers (MTU, TCT, IHI, etc...)
  • Provide clear direction and guidance to teams, aligning efforts with organizational goals and values
  • Monitor progress and evaluate performance using key metrics; identify and resolve issues proactively
Qualifications
For US Candidates Only
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business or related field of study from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Engineering, Product Management, Finance, Consulting or Commercial Function
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Aeroderivative services, or related Technical, Commercial function
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading in a matrix environment
For Non-US Candidates
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business or related field of study from an accredited college or university
  • Extensive and proven years of experience in Engineering, Product Management, Finance, Consulting or Commercial Function
  • Significant years experience in Aeroderivative services, or related Technical, Commercial function
  • Significant years of experience in leading in a matrix environment
  • Fluency in English
Desired Characteristics
  • Knowledge of Aeroderivative engines, modules, spare parts and repair services
  • Experience in aviation / industrial segment working with third party channels or revenue share partner structures
  • Self-directed with demonstrated problem solving skills
  • Strong data analytics and critical thinking skills
  • Experience building data driven business cases
  • Project management experience, self-directed with demonstrated project execution skills
  • Displays good interpersonal skills, and able to communicate well with internal and external customers
