Viceversa cerca un Augmented Full Stack Engineer per progettare, sviluppare e mantenere applicazioni web scalabili che alimentano la piattaforma di finanziamento. Lavorerai su frontend, API robuste e integrazioni di servizi per percorsi cliente e strumenti interni.

Hai esperienza con TypeScript, React/Next.js e Python (FastAPI), API design e PostgreSQL, oltre a conoscenze cloud (GCP) e IA coding agents. Ruolo ibrido a Londra con collaborazione cross-funzionale.

Competenze

• Laurea in Computer Science, Ingegneria o equivalente.
• Conoscenze solide di TypeScript e framework frontend (React/Next.js).
• Esperienza con Python e FastAPI.
• Progettazione REST API e modellazione dati in PostgreSQL.
• Conoscenza di cloud (GCP) e pratiche di sicurezza.
• Esperienza con agenti di coding IA (Claude Code) in progetti reali.
• Buone pratiche di sviluppo software: test, code review, CI/CD.

Mansioni

• Sviluppare e mantenere applicazioni web end-to-end, dalla base dati all’interfaccia utente.
• Progettare e gestire REST API per investimenti e logiche di monitoraggio.
• Implementare funzionalità IA nel prodotto utilizzando LLMs e framework per agenti.
• Integrare agenti IA nel flusso di lavoro e contribuire a strumenti e pratiche di revisione.

Our platforms allows lenders to manage full cycle of lending products, with a full data-driven approach and augmented capabilities thanks to use of proprietary and public AI / ML models.

Role Description

As an Augmented Full Stack Engineer (f/m/d) you made AI coding agents part of your daily practice, shipping across the full stack, and know how to build products where the agent is part of the interface.

You will design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications that power our funding platform. You will work across the full stack, implementing user-facing features, building robust APIs, and integrating services to support seamless customer journeys and internal tools. You will be part of the Tech and Product Team, working closely with Data Science, actively contributing to Viceversa's Data Driven vision and product development strategy.

This is a full-time hybrid role based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with a mix of in-office collaboration and work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

• Excellent Knowledge of TypeScript and of a modern front-end framework (React, Next.js);


• Excellent Knowledge of Python, ideally with FastAPI;


• Good Knowledge of REST API design;


• Knowledge of SQL and of relational data modelling (PostgreSQL);


• Experience with cloud platforms (in particular GCP), security-conscious development, and performance optimization is beneficial.


• Practical experience with AI coding agents (e.g. Claude Code) in a real codebase;


• Solid understanding of software engineering best practices, including testing, code reviews, version control, and continuous integration.


• Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams, communicate clearly, and contribute to technical discussions and architectural decisions.


• Comfort working in a hybrid environment in the London Area, with the discipline to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines.


• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Main responsibilities

• You will be responsible for developing and maintaining our web applications end to end, from the database schema to the user interface;


• You are going to have a strong focus on REST APIs, developing and managing the services that expose our investment and monitoring logics;


• You will be responsible for the implementation of our AI-powered product features, working with LLMs, agent frameworks and document processing;


• You will use AI coding agents as part of your daily workflow, and you will contribute to the tooling, conventions and review practices that make the whole team faster with them;


• You will be responsible for deploying and operating what you build on Google Cloud, including CI/CD, monitoring and troubleshooting in production;


• You will support our data scientists and data engineers by integrating their models and pipelines into our products;


• You will closely collaborate with the Portfolio Team, in order to better understand what the company needs, and with the Product Team to turn our data collection and storage system into interfaces our clients and our analysts actually use;
