QIMA is seeking an experienced QA/QHSE auditor to travel within Italy, auditing client supplier sites for labor rights, safety, and environmental compliance. You will prepare detailed reports and engage with factory management to ensure accurate findings.

Fluency in Italian and English is required, with 3+ years of audit experience and a related Master’s or higher degree. Based in Italy, the role involves on-site audits across consumer products and related industries, contributing to quality

Competenze

  • 3+ years of experience conducting QHSE and social audits.
  • Master's degree and/or higher education in a related field.
  • SMETA/BSCI/SA8000/WRAP or mixed audits in the last 12 months is a plus.
  • Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.

Mansioni

  • Audit the manufacturing sites of clients’ suppliers, assessing labor rights, health and safety, environmental security, and other standards as required.
  • Record findings in detailed audit reports to be delivered to the client.
  • Maintain high integrity and ensure audit conduct aligns with client procedures and international standards.

Job Description

You will be expected to:

  • Audit the manufacturing sites of our clients’ suppliers, sometimes without warning. Your areas of attention will include labor rights, health and safety, environmental security, and others, according to the applicable international standard or the client’s in-house procedure
  • Be alert to any violations, staying vigilant when dealing with factory management, and recording all your findings in detailed reports, to be delivered to the client
  • Approach your job with utmost integrity, as your conduct during an audit can have lasting consequences for the supplier, factory staff, and our clients
We May Also Request You To
  • Provide your expertise in client meetings, to create custom quality control procedures based on their specific requirements
  • Contribute your ideas for improving the quality of our Operations projects
Qualifications

It could be you, if you have:

  • A higher education degree in Engineering, Law, Economics, Social Sciences or a related major.
  • A Master's degree.
  • 3+ years of experience conducting QHSE and social audits.
  • SMETA/BSCI/SA8000/WRAP or mixed audits done in recent 12 months is a plus
  • Good command of Italian and English (spoken and written)
