Job Description

This role reports to the Director of Compliance and Governance and involves managing internal and external audits and overseeing global contract management activities. The position requires strategic thinking and expertise in procurement and contract management.

Responsibilities

• Lead audit preparation and execution across financial, quality, and group audits, tracking findings to completion.
• Develop and maintain standardised contract templates and terms & conditions.
• Review supplier contracts for risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Oversee contract management tools and databases.
• Conduct periodic audits of existing contracts.
• Monitor and report on audit findings.
• Develop and implement delegation of authority strategies.
• Provide guidance on contract interpretation and negotiation.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in procurement or contract management.
• Strong understanding of SAP modules, especially MM, P2P, and AP.
• Experience in developing procedures and work instructions.
• Experience managing global cross-functional teams.
• Strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain, or related industry experience.
• Knowledge of contract management principles and procurement methods.
