POSITION SUMMARY

Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the fitness and recreation areas. Responsibilities include wiping down fitness center machines, removing towels, trash, and debris, and ensuring an adequate supply of cups and water. Clean restrooms and showers, distribute towels and lockers to guests, and conduct inventory of supplies. Provide information and assistance to guests, promote safety rules, and support a fun, relaxing environment. Report accidents and unsafe conditions, follow company policies, and maintain professional appearance and confidentiality.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• No prior work or supervisory experience required.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• CPR and First Aid Certification
• Knowledge of fitness equipment and compliance with local and state certifications
