Within the Electronics business area, we are seeking a System and Integrator Engineer for our Rome Tiburtina headquarters.
The candidate will be responsible for:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, or equivalent.
Expert level: 3-5 years; Senior level: 5-10 years.
Knowledge of System Design and Development management of C2 systems;
Skills in verification and validation of critical systems;
Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary technical teams;
Experience in managing external subcontractors;
Excellent report writing skills;
Planning skills for activities and resources, considering external constraints;
Preferred knowledge of WAN networks, firewalls (especially Cisco environment), Cyber Security, and its application in complex systems.
Ability to work in an international and multidisciplinary team;
Analytical, synthesis, and effective communication skills;
Public presentation skills;
Organization, independence, reliability;
Autonomy in managing priorities;
Customer and results-oriented;
Proactivity and problem-solving skills;
Ability to interface with clients and suppliers.
Excellent command of English (C1); knowledge of French or Spanish is a plus.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word;
Knowledge of Project and other planning tools (e.g., Primavera);
Knowledge of container architectures (Docker, Puppet, Ansible, RedHat IdM) is a plus;
Familiarity with SAP, managing milestones and workloads.
Willingness to work mainly at the headquarters with frequent short/medium trips within Italy and abroad.
Possession of certifications such as PMI, ISIPM, CISCO, Red Hat, CISSP is considered an asset.
