As a ministry of First Baptist Church of Naples, the staff of First Baptist Academy must meet the standards of employment that are required by the church whereby each employee must feel a "call" into this ministry work. In addition, as educators, we hire the most qualified and certified teachers who profess Christ as Savior and who are able to meet the standards of Good Character set forth by this ministry.
REPORTS TO: Director of Athletic Ministries
POSITION OBJECTIVE: The Athletic Facilities Manager will provide oversight of all Athletic operations related to athletic events, athletic social platforms, and general facility upkeep.
QUALIFYING CHARACTERISTICS: The employee is a Christian with an authentic and a mature personal relationship with Jesus Christ in both his or her professional and personal life with a calling and commitment to Christian education. Must have good communication skills and be a Christian model to student athletes of FBA.
EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor of Science degree or related field experience .

❏ Order Equipment/Supplies for all sports
❏ Drop off/pick up new uniforms/team wear to be printed
❏ Make sure all equipment/uniforms are returned
❏ Assist with equipment/uniform inventory and timeline for replenishment
