Qualifications

• Able to move around the sales floor, stockroom and office.
• Lift up to 25 lbs / 12 kg.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Willingness to learn technology and devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and greeting customers.
• Suggest the right apparel and footwear to customers.
• Share product knowledge and brand story.
• Stock, straighten and maintain store presentation.
• Operate front and back of store tasks including POS.
• Fulfill omni-channel requests via digital experience.
• Collaborate effectively with team and meet pace requirements.
• Engage customers and promote the Rewards program.
