Our client is a dynamic, family-backed growth private equity firm investing in tech companies founded by experienced entrepreneurs and investors. They support innovative companies and early shareholders by providing liquidity and strategic growth capital. We are looking for an Associate to join their Milan team — someone entrepreneurial, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in the venture investment space.

What You’ll Do :

• Investor Relations: Help prepare fundraising materials, support LP onboarding, and coordinate meetings / events.
• Investment Support: Assist in due diligence and contribute to investment memos.
• Team Operations: Support with day-to-day tasks, agenda management, and internal coordination.

What You Bring :

• 2–3 years of experience in a similar fast-paced environment (finance, consulting, VC / PE, etc.)
• Top academic background from a leading university / business school
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• A proactive mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Fluency in Italian and English
