ABB in Italy is seeking a Senior Specialist / Project Manager to lead the project team and own the order lifecycle for modernization and parts factory orders within Electrification Services.

You will coordinate with scheduling, operations, quality and shipping to ensure on-time delivery, manage risks and project finances, and define contracts and scope while communicating with stakeholders to meet client needs.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or alternatives as stated
• 2 years experience or equivalent (per qualification)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• SAP knowledge preferred

Mansioni

• Lead the project team and monitor progress, resources, and financials
• Identify and manage project risks and opportunities for pursuit
• Drive contract close-out and formal acceptance with customers
• Serve as primary sales channel contact for day-to-day project scope
• Lead contract scope definition prior to project initiation
• Ensure clear understanding of contractual requirements across the team
• Develop and execute work plans to meet evolving client needs across product lines
• Coordinate with scheduling, operations, quality, and shipping to ensure on-time delivery
• Ensure orders adhere to best practices and company policies for successful close-out
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Track and report order planning activities
• Bachelor’s degree (or alternatives as stated)
• 2 years experience or equivalent (per qualification)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong communication skills (oral and written)
• SAP knowledge preferred
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and work in a team
