Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Manager to manage Studio product launches and analysis within the Product Development Function.
- Set up and update Studio products in the new ERP system, coordinating activities with PDM, Technical Office, and Finance teams.
- Assist the Manager in communications regarding product variations, discontinuations, and collection updates.
- Work with the team to create and implement KnollStudio price lists for Europe and Asia.
- Coordinate with the Marketing department on activities related to new product launches.
- Under supervision, collaborate with the MillerKnoll team to manage KnollStudio product information within the Cross-selling project.
- Engage with external agencies for the preparation of 3D/2D materials.
- Participate in organizing corporate activities and events.
Additional Responsibilities (Occasional)
- Manage mailing communications to the sales network.
- Assist the Sales team as needed.
- Perform secretarial activities and reception duties.
- Provide backup and support for other activities.
Skills and Competencies
- Proficiency in Excel and the Office suite (mandatory).
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel for short trips or overtime.
- Availability for short trips and visits to the Foligno (PG) plant.
- Experience in the marketing sector (preferred).
- Attention to detail and precision.
- Goal-oriented with problem-solving skills.
