Dentons Italy is currently looking to grow its IPT / TMT group with the appointment of an Associate based in our Milan office. Our IPT Team consists of specialized lawyers, recognized among the best for their areas of expertise. Collaborating in the IPT department means being part of a rapidly growing group, as well as receiving specific training and being involved in the most innovative legal issues. Our customers are medium and large Italian and international companies belonging to different business areas : in particular, we provide advice to companies that deal with innovative, digital, technology and telecommunications sectors.

Requirements

• Italian Law Degree with a minimum score of 105 / 110.
• Current license to practice law in Italy.
• Between 3 and 4 years PQE in the IT contracting field, gained in a comparable law firm. Experience in the Technology Media and Digital Data field will be considered as a plus.
• High level of English (Certificate C1). Other foreign languages are a plus.
• Vocation and motivation for exercising the legal profession.
• Excellent negotiation and communications skills.
• Global mindset and enthusiasm.
• You are able to adapt to an international environment and eager to grow both professionally and personally with us.
• Enrollment in the firm's training plan.
