McKinsey & Company, Milan, is seeking a technology consulting professional to help clients leverage technology to transform their businesses. You will work within McKinsey Digital, collaborating with cross-functional teams on IT strategy, digital transformation, and modernization initiatives while analyzing data and testing hypotheses.

The role combines hands-on project delivery with a strong learning culture, apprenticeship and mentorship, and global collaboration across 65+ countries.

Competenze

In this role you will help clients leverage technology to transform their businesses and gain competitive advantage. You work within McKinsey Digital in Milan, collaborating with cross‑functional teams on IT strategy, digital transformation, and modernization initiatives. You will analyze data, test hypotheses, and communicate actionable recommendations, with coaching and structured training to accelerate leadership growth.
