Job Responsibilities

1. Perform administrative procurement tasks and support intermediate procurement activities according to commodity strategies.
2. Ensure periodical spend reporting at the Procurement Geographic Area level.
3. Support local procurement activities by preparing RFP / RFQ documentation.
4. Assist in defining follow-up during commercial clarifications with suppliers and interface with the technical team for technical clarifications.
5. Collect and archive RFQ / RFP documentation.
6. Sign supplier agreements (contracts, orders, LOIs) in line with internal policies and delegated powers.
7. Prepare and execute PO / Final Contract Documentation for relevant procurement categories.
8. Support Quality Assurance processes for supplier accreditation and evaluation, monitoring supplier performance.
9. Conduct supplier performance analysis through reviews and feedback collection from relevant units.
10. Execute negotiations aimed at cost savings.
11. Support business functions in procurement actions to achieve cost reduction.

Required Skills and Knowledge

• 0 to 3 years of procurement experience.
• Cost and commercial acumen.
• Knowledge of benchmarking, risk management, and statutory policies.
• Negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with supplier qualification processes and vendor monitoring.
• Proficiency in IT tools such as MS Office, SAP, and e-auctions.
• Understanding of procurement planning, reporting, and purchasing procedures.

Education and Qualifications

University Degree in Engineering, Economics, Law, or an equivalent technical background.

Languages

Proficiency in relevant languages is expected.
