A fast-growing marketing tech startup in Italy is seeking a Founder Associate to work closely with the CEO. This role demands a proactive individual with a growth mindset and demonstrated marketing skills. The candidate will face challenges in building the company and will have the opportunity to negotiate a fee based on experience and potentially receive stock options. This is a full-time position after 6 months if goals are met.

Who we are

Cassandra is a Marketing tech Startup that raised €2.3M and now works with international clients like Leroy Marlin, Pinalli, Verisure, Ferragamo, Myprotein, Columbia College and 70 more clients in 12 countries.

Who are we looking for

We are searching for a Founder Associate that wants to work next to the CEO to grow the company from $2M to $10M in ARR in the next 2 years.

The founder associate will need to have

• Growth mindset, never settling, always looking for growth opportunities
• Complete Agencies, never waiting for instructions, proactively identify problems and solve them
• Grit to have a huge impact in this world
• Demonstrated go-to market / marketing skills
• Perfect english
• Location in Milan
• ability to set goals and deliver on them autonomously

• This is an operative role, no manager only doing (a lot)
• The role requires facing the most difficult challenges in building a great company next to the CEO
