A leading oncology-focused company in Italy seeks an Associate Director Regional Field Manager to drive performance of oncology products. You will manage a team, execute marketing strategies, and build relationships with key stakeholders. Under the direction of the Director Commercial Operations Italy, this individual is responsible for maximizing the performance of BeOne Medicines' oncology products in Italy, managing a team of Key Account Managers.
The Associate Director Regional Field Manager (RFM) implements the marketing and sales strategy and is responsible for achieving defined sales targets supported by allocated resources and budgets. The RFM also coaches and develops her/his commercial team.
Education Required : University degree in science or business, with at least 10 years of industry experience.
Supervisory Responsibilities : Manages local/regional sales team, responsible for hiring, supervising, and developing the team.
Computer Skills : MS Office suite.
Other Qualifications : Proficient in verbal and written English.
Travel : Approximately 60% of the time.
