General Description :

Under the direction of the Director Commercial Operations Italy, this individual is responsible for maximizing the performance of BeOne Medicines' oncology products in Italy, managing a team of Key Account Managers.

The Associate Director Regional Field Manager (RFM) implements the marketing and sales strategy and is responsible for achieving defined sales targets supported by resources and budgets. The RFM also coaches and develops her/his commercial team.

Essential Functions of the job :

  • Builds brand awareness for BeOne Medicines and its oncology products.
  • Establishes relationships with key opinion leaders (KOL), study groups, and key accounts.
  • Prepares the market for product approval.
  • Implements marketing strategies for new launches.
  • Builds and structures a competent sales team in Italy.
  • Achieves regional sales goals and performance targets.
  • Plans and monitors regional budgets.
  • Sets sales goals and analyzes market data.
  • Develops and coaches team members based on individual needs.
  • Provides scientific advice and support to KOLs.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams and manages key account plans.
  • Coordinates with Market Access and other departments to facilitate stakeholder engagement.
  • Participates in scientific meetings and workshops.
  • Provides leadership to foster high performance, engagement, and a positive culture.
  • Builds strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ensures ethical conduct and compliance with laws and standards.

Qualifications

  • Degree in life sciences or related field; minimum 10 years industry experience.
  • Over 5 years of leadership in commercial teams, preferably in oncology.
  • Proven success in a fast-growing environment.
  • Deep knowledge of oncology, especially lung and gastric cancers.
  • Strong network with oncologists and opinion leaders.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
  • Fluent in English; computer literacy; valid driver’s license.

Education Required : University degree in science or business; extensive industry experience.

Supervises local/regional sales team, responsible for hiring and development.

Computer Skills : Proficiency in MS Office.

Other Qualifications : Fluent in English (verbal and written).

Travel : Approximately 60% of the time.
